FAQs

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily exchange or return your item within 14 days of purchase. Item must be returned unused and the cost of shipping is not included in your return.

All of our orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays at 1600 CET. Swiss orders arrive in 2-3 business days from the date they are shipped and international orders can take 7 - 14 days depending on your country of origin.

If your product arrives with visible defects, please take photos and send them to us with your order number at info@chillfriday.ch. We will follow up via email for instructions on exchanging your product.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
